Intuit will provide your school with the ProSeries PowerTax Library (a comprehensive package which includes several ProSeries products such as the 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, states and more). You'll receive the same, full-featured ProSeries software that's a best seller among tax preparers across the country - what could be better for teaching your tax and accounting students than using ProSeries products?
Intuit looks forward to helping you incorporate the latest technology into your curriculum. Many colleges and universities are already utilizing ProSeries software as a learning tool in their business administration and tax analysis courses. Our 2007 ProSeries software is currently available on CD-ROM and ready to ship for those educational institutions with classes scheduled for the fall semester. In addition, our ProSeries software for tax year 2008 will begin shipping in late December for those institutions with winter and spring classes. The initial software will be provided on CD-ROM and all other updates will be available via download.

Please include a brief description of how ProSeries software will be utilized. In addition, you must review, complete and sign the Intuit Educational Program Amendment to ProSeries Software License Agreements. A signed copy of the amendment must be received with your letter of intent. During the software installation process, you will be given the opportunity to review and accept the software license agreements that accompany the software products that Intuit provides under its Educational Program. If you elect not to accept the software license agreements, you will not be allowed to install the software and you must return the software to Intuit as provided in the license agreements.
