California Limited Liability Company, Form 568, Schedule K-1 Line 17b prints incorrectly. The amount for 17b, Adjusted Gain or Loss, Column (d) Total Amounts using California law prints on top of the amount in Column (c) California adjustments.

Solution

This situation will be corrected in the California Limited Liability Company update anticipated to be available online on or about March 6, 2008. Download and install this update when it becomes available. (Go to the Update menu and select Update Installed Products.)
