With the ProSeries program, you can create a PDF (Portable Document Format) file containing images of your client's tax return. Later, you can use Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat software and your default Windows printer to print the tax return from the PDF file.
If you want to to use an alternate software program to create and print PDF files, change the ProSeries tax forms printer.

Go to the File menu and select Print Options.

On the left select Printer, PDF, and DMS Setup.

Under Tax Forms Printer, click the Change button, and select the entry for the alternate software.

Click OK to close the Print Options.

Remember to change the printer back to print paper forms.
