To set up global billing options:

In ProSeries, go to the Tools menu and select Options.

On the left select Global Billing Options.

Click the Help button for assistance in completing the global billing options.
Note: If you transfer client files from last year and then set up global billing options, the global billing options will not apply to the transfered clients. To have the global billing options apply to these clients, open the Client Billing Options form and check the box at the top to delete all the information on the form and replace it with the information from the global billing options.
