Situation
If federal Form 1065, page 2, Schedule B Other Information, line 1c, is checked to indicated the partnership is a domestic limited liability company then Kentucky Form PTE-WH 40A200, Nonresident Income Tax Withholding on Net Distributive Share Income, does not calculate.
Solution
This situation will be corrected in the Kentucky Partnership update anticipated to be available online on or about February 14, 2008. Download and install this update when it becomes available. (Go to the Update menu and select Update Installed Products.)
