The Z record is a term for the information that is sent to Santa Barbara Bank & Trust (SBBT) from your ProSeries software during registration.
If SBBT says they have not received your Z record or software registration:

In ProSeries, go to the Tools menu and select Options.

On the left select Bank Products.

On the right click the Registration Information button.

Ensure this form is complete and click OK. Click OK on the Options dialog box.

Go to the Bank Products HomeBase view.

Go to the E-File menu, point to Bank Products, and select Transmit Registration Information.

After a couple of hours, go to the E-File menu, point to Bank Products, and select Receive Acknowledgments. As soon as you receive an accepted message back from SBBT, you can begin transmitting bank product returns with bank products.
