Situation
On Arizona Partnership, Form 165, page 1, lines H through L are printing incorrectly when Form 165 is printed.
Solution
This situation will be corrected in the Arizona Partnership update anticipated to be available online on or about January 30, 2008. Download and install this update when it becomes available. (Go to the Update menu and select Update Installed Products.)
Workaround (prior to update)
Do not complete lines H through L in the program. Print Arizona Form 165 and manually enter the information on the printed copy.
