How do I transfer or adjust my pay-per-return (PPR) balance?

  • ProSeries Tax Products (PPR Option)

PPR account balances are not refundable and are not intended to be transferable or carried forward to another tax year. For this reason, we encourage you to only place in your PPR account the amount of money that you will actually need. However, we understand that there will be some situations, such as the purchase of a new computer, when you will need to have your PPR account balance transferred or adjusted.

We recognize how important it is to protect the funds in your pay-per-return account and want to do everything possible to help you manage your pay-per-return account balance. If you encounter an issue that requires transferring or adjusting the PPR balance in your ProSeries program, please follow the steps below to obtain assistance.

If you need to transfer or adjust your Pay Per Return account balance :
 
Contact a Customer Service agent in Chat.
To access chat:
  1. Click Chat Support on the right side.
  2. Enter your customer number and name.
  3. Select Orders and Billing. 
Please follow any additional instructions that your Customer Service representative provides.
