E-File Status Troubleshooting
The ProSeries program automatically checks for acknowledgments
when you transmit client returns. It may take more than
48 hours to receive an acknowledgment for some federal
and state returns. If the return has not been accepted or rejected, you will need to wait for the taxing authority to accept or reject the return before ProSeries can update the status in the program.
You can also use the online E-File Status Lookup feature
to check the status of your e-file returns. Login to your
My ProSeries account and click Client E-File Status
on the My ProSeries overview page. To view the status
of your electronically filed returns, simply select the
filter criteria, then click the Submit button.

Colorado Form 104CR, Line 15 Calculates Incorrectly for In-Kind Contributions
Colorado Form 104CR, Individual Credit Schedule, line 15, Contribution to Enterprise Zone Administration Credit, calculates incorrectly for in-kind contributions. Line 15 currently calculates 25% of the amount on line 15b. For in-kind contributions, the proper rate is 12.5%. The calculation should change based on the type of contribution chosen on line 15a.
