Location of Saved PDF Files in ProSeries and ProSeries Express

To view the location where portable document format (PDF) files are stored in ProSeries, go to the File menu and select Print. Then click the Printer, PDF and DMS Setup button. The location will be displayed under PDF files.

To change the location, click the Browse button under PDF Files and navigate to a new location. Click OK and OK.

To create a PDF file after viewing or changing the file location, click Print Functions in the lower left side of the Print Center. Verifiy the File (PDF) box is checked and click Print.
