Situation

You receive electronic reject codes (ERC) 0045, 0156, and 0151 on federal Form 1040 returns.

These rejects occur due to a software issue affecting tax returns that contain Form 6765, page 2 but not Form 6765, page 1.

Workaround

At this time, you will need to paper file the return.
