Alabama S Corporation Form PSE Displays Incorrect Error Message

Situation

On Alabama S Corporation Form PSE, Extension Request For Alabama Business Privilege Tax Return and Annual Report, when you check the box to freeze the amounts you receive the incorrect error message: "Form PSE: S Corp box should not be checked if the federal program used is Form 1065."

Solution

This situation will be corrected in the Alabama S Corporation update anticipated to be available online on or about March 21, 2007.

Download and install this update when it becomes available. (Go to the Update menu and select Update Installed Products.)
