Situation
In ProSeries or ProSeries Express, when you go to the Tools menu, Accept Credit Cards/eChecks, and then select Process Payment(s), your Web browser launches to the page https://merchant.authorize.net/wfssp/index.aspx and gives an error.
Solution
This situation has been corrected. When you select Process Payment(s), your Web browser should now launch the appropriate Web page.
Workaround (prior to the redirect)
Go to the Web page https://merchant.authorize.net to sign in and authorize payments.
