Situation

Arkansas Form 8582, Passive Activity Loss Limitations, may display as not final in the Forms Bar.

Solution

This situation will be corrected in the Arkansas Individual update anticipated to be available online on or about March 16, 2007. 

Download and install this update when it becomes available. (Go to the Update menu and select Update Installed Products.)

Workaround (prior to update)

Print and mail the return.
