Situation

A homeowner's association that files federal Form 1120H is incorrectly charged the minimum tax on Connecticut Form CT-1120, Corporation Business Tax Return.

Solution

This situation was corrected in the Connecticut Corporation update that became available online on March 14, 2007.

Download and install this update, if you have not already done so. (Go to the Update menu and select Update Installed Products.)
