ProSeries Frequently Asked Questions

SBBT Bank Product Users - Can I reprint a check that was verified?

Products Affected:

• ProSeries/1040
• ProSeries Express/1040
• ProSeries Basic/1040

Once a record of verification is received the ProSeries tax software will not allow a check to be reprinted.

Note: If a check was verified and returned to the taxpayer, the check can be verified a second time and cashed by the taxpayer. When the second verification is initiated, you can contact SBBT and have a customer service agent manually verify the check. Alternatively, the check cashing institution may verify the check online at www.sbbtral.com.
