New ProSeries Products or Form Sets Are Not Installed

Situation
New products or form sets are not installed even though you have Task Scheduler set up to download and install new products in ProSeries and ProSeries Express or you answer Yes when prompted to update in ProSeries Basic.
You are logged in as other than a Windows Adminitrative user.
Workaround
Log in as a Windows Administrative user and update from the Windows Start menu or the ProSeries Update menu.
To update from the Windows Start menu:
- Go to the Start menu and select Programs.
- Point to your 2006 ProSeries product and select ProSeries Update.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install new products and updates to already installed products.
To update from the ProSeries Update menu:
- In ProSeries, go to the Update menu and choose Select and Download New Products.
- Ensure all the products you want to install are selected and click Next.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install new products and updates to already installed products.
