How do I display the print functions in the Print Center?

Products Affected:

• ProSeries
• ProSeries Express Edition

The Print Center includes global print options and print functions. To open the Print Center, go to the File menu, then select Print or Print Options.

If the global print options are displayed on the left side of the Print Center, but you want to display the print functions instead, click Print Functions in the lower left corner of the Print Center. Click the plus sign [+] to expand a list.

For example: To print a list of your clients and the information displayed in HomeBase, click Print Functions. Click the plus sign [+] next to From HomeBase, select Print HomeBase, then click the Print button.

Notes:

• The From HomeBase Print Functions are available only if the Print Center was opened while HomeBase was displayed on the screen.
• The From within a return Print Functions are available only if the Print Center was opened while a return was displayed on the screen.
