ProSeries Frequently Asked Questions

On a Network the Split MFJ Return Feature Does Not Function From Within a Return

• ProSeries Express/Network Version

Situation

When using ProSeries/Network Version or ProSeries Express/Network Version the Split Married Filing Jointly (MFJ) Return feature does not function when used from within a federal Form 1040 return.

Solution

This situation was corrected in an update that became available online in early March. Download and install the latest update, if you have not already done so. (Go to the Update menu and select Update Installed Products.)

Workaround (prior to update)

The Split MFJ Return feature does function from HomeBase.
