Situation

After updating ProSeries or ProSeries Express Edition on a network, you receive the error message: "ProSeries Access Rights requires an important file that is missing, corrupt, or has been modified. Please call ProSeries Technical Support at 1-800-557-5798."

Workaround

Click OK on the error message and ProSeries will open.
