Situation
When attaching a California Individual tax return to a federal Individual tax return the ProSeries software may freeze or you may be unable to save the return with California attached.
Solution
This situation is corrected in a California Individual update that became available online on January 15, 2007. Download and install this update. (Go to the Update menu and choose Update Installed Products.)
Important Note: If you already transmitted the federal tax return with a bank product and you are using the billing feature to automatically calculate your fees, the state fees would not be included unless the California return was successfully attached at the time the return was transmitted.
