How can a taxpayer pay a balance due individual return with a credit card?

Products Affected:

• ProSeries/1040
• ProSeries Express/1040
• ProSeries Basic/1040

ProSeries no longer processes credit card payments for balance due returns. However, ProSeries will continue to support Electronic Funds Withdrawal (EFW) for balance due returns.

If a taxpayer wishes to use a credit card to pay an actual or estimated balance due on their individual income tax return, this is offered through two services:
