If the scanning software appears to be misreading or not reading information correctly, you may find the following tips helpful:

If you are unable to resolve this issue, please contact ProSeries Technical Support for assistance:

  1. Call ProSeries at 1-800-434-6818.
  2. Enter your ten digit business phone number and press #.
  3. Enter your ProSeries account number.
  4. Choose options 5 and 2 for SDAE support.
