How do I print selected forms or blank forms in Client Organizer?

To print only some forms in a client's file:

  1. Open the client's file, go to the File menu and select Print.
  2. On the left side of the Print Center under From within a return, choose Print Selected Forms.
  3. In the top section of the Print Selected Forms dialog box, check Printer and/or File (PDF). If the ProSeries Document Management System (DMS) program is installed on your computer, you can also select DMS to send PDF files to DMS.
  4. In the Print Selected Forms section, choose one of the following:
    • Selected Forms - choose this option to print various forms
    • The active form - choose this option to print the form that is current on the screen
    • Letters Only - choose this option to print just client letters
  5. If you choose Selected Forms, click the Choose button. In the Please Select Form(s) to Print dialog box, choose the forms you want to print from the forms in the client's file. (Hold down the CTRL or SHIFT key to select more than one form.)
  6. Click OK and select the number of copies you want to print.
  7. Click Print.

To print blank forms:

  1. Go to the File menu and select Print.
  2. On the left side of the Print Center under General, choose Print Blank Forms.
  3. In the Blank Forms section, verify that the Selected Return Type is 2006 Federal Form 1040: Organizer. 
  4. In the Specify Blank Forms to Print section, select the forms and click Print form in the Print Conditions box. (Hold down the CTRL or SHIFT keys to select more than one form.)
  5. Select the number of copies to print and click Print.
