Which states count toward my ProSeries Basic Edition bundle?

If you used 2005 ProSeries Basic Edition, when you install the 2006 ProSeries Basic software the program checks the boxes for the states you used in 2005. You can uncheck these states; however if you choose not to, you will install them along with any additional states you select.

Note: Installing these states does not count against your multiple state bundle. You can install an unlimited number of states.

A state does not count against your bundle until you attempt to print or electronically file a return for that state. When you try to print or e-file, you will be prompted to select the state for unlimited use.
