Error Message: "Setup has experienced an error. Error code: -6003"

When attempting to install prior year tax programs you may get the run time
error message: "Setup has experienced an error. Error code: -6003" in the
InstallShield Wizard.
This situation may occur when other applications are open or running on
your computer:
- Close all open applications. You may need to temporarily
disable any Terminate and Stay Resident (TSR) programs that may be running
in the background on your computer. Note: This includes screen savers,
anti-virus protection and other programs that start when you first turn
on your computer and stay in memory. (For example: HP Agent, BackWeb, KODAK
Software Updater and Logitech Mouse.)
- Insert your ProSeries CD into your CD drive and install
the tax software as you normally would. Note: Do not remove the CD
from the drive until the installation is completed.
- After installing your ProSeries tax software, remember
to enable any TSR programs that you had temporarily disabled.
