What do I do if I cannot remember my login name for My ProSeries?

Normally, your login name will be set up as your email address. If you are unable to log in using your email address, please call us at (800) 374-7317 and a customer service agent can help you recover your login name.

How do I recover my password for My ProSeries?

Enter your My ProSeries login name and click Change your password. This will take you to a confirmation screen. Click Continue and the Web site will send you an email containing a link to reset your existing password. Follow this link and type in a new password.
