Signing up for Merchant Account Services

Products Affected:

• ProSeries
• ProSeries Express Edition

The ProSeries Merchant Account Services program is powered by Wells Fargo SecureSource and works with any Internet connection and Web browser. If you use merchant account services, your clients can pay for your services by credit card or eCheck.

New Merchant Account Services Customers

To sign up for merchant account services from within ProSeries or ProSeries Express:

1. Go to the Tools menu and point to Accept Credit Cards/eChecks.
2. Choose Sign Up.
3. Follow the instructions on the Web page that appears.

Existing Merchant Account Services Customers

If you need help with your merchant account, contact Wells Fargo Support through Authorize.net by e-mail or phone 1-866-486-7359.

Note: It is important to identify yourself as a ProSeries customer.

To process a credit card or eCheck payment from your client within ProSeries or ProSeries Express:

1. Go to the Tools menu and point to Accept Credit Cards/eChecks.
2. Choose Process Payment(s).
3. Follow the instructions on the Web page that appears.
