ProSeries Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register to use ProSeries/Bank Products software with First Security Bank or Republic Bank?

Products Affected:

• ProSeries/1040
• ProSeries Express/1040
• ProSeries Basic/1040

To enroll in ProSeries/Bank Products software:

1. Go to www.proseries.com, select Products & Services, and then Bank Products on the left.
2. Review the information about bank products. You can offer bank products through only one bank.
3. Click the FAQs tab and scroll down to How do I start offering bank products to my clients?
4. To enroll with Republic Bank, click Enroll now with Republic Bank, then complete and submit the online application.
5. To enroll with First Security Bank, click Enroll now with First Security Bank, then complete and submit the online application.
6. If you are accepted into one of these bank products programs, the bank will send you additional software, documentation, and supplies.
7. When you receive the software, documentation, and supplies from the bank, follow their instructions to install the software and complete your bank products registration.
