With the form you want to remove open, go to the Forms
menu and choose Remove xxx, where xxx represents the name of the
form.
If the confirmation message shows Yes and No buttons, click
the Yes button to delete the form.
If the confirmation message shows a list of associated
forms, which are other forms that supply information to the form that you
want to delete, verify that you want to delete all the associated forms
as well. Click Remove Listed Forms to remove the form and all its
associated forms.
Notes
When you remove a form, you cannot recover the deleted
data. If you decide later that you need the form, you must open and complete
the form again.
Deleting a form removes it from Forms In Use.
If you delete a form that is automatically completed based
on data you enter elsewhere, it reappears in Forms In Use after you delete
it. (For example: Form 8332 will reappear if you do not remove the check
mark from the Form 8332... box on page 3 of the EF Info Wks.)
