ProSeries Frequently Asked Questions

RAL/RT Advances Only Available in ProSeries Express Bank Products Software

Some ProSeries and ProSeries Basic customers may have erroneously received information regarding the filing of pre-season RAL/RT Advances with Santa Barbara Bank & Trust (SBBT). RAL/RT Advances are not available in ProSeries and ProSeries Basic Bank Products software.

ProSeries, ProSeries Basic, and ProSeries Express Bank Products software can all do federal Refund Transfers (RTs), Refund Anticipation Loans (RALs), and Refund Transfer Direct Deposits (RTDDs).

Note: RAL/RT Advances are only available in ProSeries Express Bank Products software. Also, Instant Refund Anticipation Loans (IRALs), State Refund Transfers (State RTs), and Cash/Debit Cards are only available in ProSeries Express Bank Products software.
