Saving Documents to DMS Using Right-Click May Not Work on Some Dell Computers

Situation

Some Dell computer users may be unable to save documents to DMS by right-clicking on the document and selecting "Send to DMS."

Workaround

If you use a Dell computer and experience this situation, we recommend that you save your documents to DMS by dragging and dropping the files into DMS. Follow these steps to drag files into DMS:

1. Open Windows Explorer and find the file that you want to move into DMS.
2. Drag the file to a DMS folder or subfolder under your DMS program.

This situation has been reported to our development team and they are working to resolve this issue.
